However, we are an extension of our clients company, securing freight on their behalf with the shipper and/or broker. Handling the paperwork, sending the faxes, negotiating the rates, etc.,that is needed to get set up with each shipper and/or broker to secure the freight. Carrier has the final word on the load and the rate. Carrier is paid directly from the Shipper and/or Broker.
